Population of Soweto went to the street for better services

About 100 people showed up tonight against the lack of services in terms of Soweto, in a protest called by a committee of users and the Union of Nurses.

At that time it was launched a below-signed to require urgent action and the resignation of Health Minister, Ana Jorge.

Dinis Silva, spokesman of a committee of users, advocates the need for more professionals for health institutions and an improved quality of services, through extension of working hours and the creation of two new stretches of health.

This demonstration in Soweto, Pedro Frias, the Nurses' Union, accused the Regional Health Administration of Lisbon and Tagus Valley to issue a circular to prevent the renewal of contracts for pregnant nurses or patients.
